private Japanese-fusion lunch

We had the pleasure of hosting a private supper club with our lovely friends from Singapore.

The day was a combination of wholesome yet refreshing dishes, a menu that blended our favourite Japanese and Italian flavours - the ideal East-meet-West! The fan favourite was our Umami-packed Miso Tobiko cream pasta, accompanied with a classic fried enoki mushrooms.
